Presently, 12 of Marengo's 28 individual warehouses have been completed and are in use. Marengo can store either products or materials in unfinished chambers or build-out a facility to custom specifications. Each chamber is approximately 100,000 square feet, typically configured as a square. Nearly 30 such rooms are available for development.

Marengo has 24 hour a day security, plus the natural advantage of only one way in and out of the facility, thereby, assuring the highest level of safe storage. A recent, independent audit by a customer's accounting firm of over one million units in storage for more than three years showed no shrinkage. A remarkable record for virtually any warehouse.

The facility also offers a large outdoor staging area for semi-trailers, including drop lot accommodations.
